Money Bank if 2nd to the SP Favourite – Terms and Conditions

Promotion Overview

If your selection finishes second to the Starting Price (SP) Favourite in any Royal Ascot 2026 race, your losing stake will be refunded as a Free Bet up to £25, subject to the following Terms and Conditions.


Qualifying Bet Requirements

  • Applies to all Royal Ascot 2026 races.
  • Only Win Singles and the Win part of Each Way Singles qualify for this promotion.
  • Minimum qualifying stake is £10 win or £10 e/w
  • Multiple bets do not qualify.
  • Bets must be placed on the day of the race.
  • Bets placed using Free Bets do not qualify.
  • The promotion does not apply to races with fewer than five runners.
  • Any Joint or Co-Favourites will be deemed to be the SP Favourite for the purposes of this promotion.

Free Bet Qualification

Customers will qualify for a Free Bet where:

  • Their selection finishes second to the SP Favourite in a Royal Ascot 2026 race.
  • The qualifying selection is a losing bet.
  • In the event of a Dead Heat for second place, all qualifying dead-heated selections will receive a Free Bet refund.
  • In the event that the Favourite is withdrawn and no revised market is formed, the second favourite from the final available show will be deemed the Favourite for the purposes of this promotion.
  • Official result only, First Past The Post rule does not apply.

The promotion will not apply where:

  • The customer’s selection finishes first in a Dead Heat.
  • The qualifying bet has been placed using a Free Bet.


Free Bet Award

  • Customers are required to inform Telephone/Telegram operators they would like to place a bet using their Money Back Free Bet.
  • Maximum Free Bet refund is £25 per customer, per race.
  • Free Bet stakes are not included in any returns.
  • Free Bets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.


Free Bet Usage

  • Free Bets may only be used on Win Single or Each Way Single Horse Racing bets.
  • The selected horse must be priced at Evens (2.0) or greater.
  • Free Bets must be used in full in a single transaction.
  • No partial use, change, cash alternative, or replacement Free Bets will be provided.
  • Free Bets must be redeemed by Sunday 21st June 2026.
  • Any unused Free Bet will expire after this date.


General Restrictions

  • Joe Jennings reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict or exclude any customer from participating in this promotion, either in whole or in part.
  • Joe Jennings reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, reclaim, or refuse this promotion, or any associated Free Bet, at any time without prior notice and without liability.


General

  • All standard Joe Jennings Horse Racing Rules apply.
  • In the event of any dispute regarding the validity of a qualifying bet, customer eligibility, settlement of a market, or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Joe Jennings shall be final.
