Setting Deposit Limits
As part of our ongoing commitment to Safer Gambling, you are asked to consider setting a financial limit that is appropriate for you. You can choose either a Deposit Limit or a NET Deposit Limit, over a daily, weekly or monthly period. You can also choose a combination of all three. Whilst a Deposit Limit would NOT consider any withdrawals that you may make. A NET Deposit Limit would take any withdrawals into account. Taking a Time Out
If you wish to take a short break from Joe Jennings Bookmakers, you can do so by setting a Time Out on your account for one of the timeframes listed below:
- 24 Hours
- 48 Hours
- 7 Days
- 30 Days
- Any other period up to a maximum of 6 weeks (42 days)
Once the Time Out has been applied, you will not be able to access your Joe Jennings account to deposit or place bets during the timeframe you have selected. Withdrawals will still be permitted during this time.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a longer break, you can choose to self-exclude. Anybody with a gambling problem may choose to self-exclude from our Telebet service, and from our betting shops, for a minimum of six months. During this period we will take all reasonable steps to prevent you from placing bets or opening a new account with us.
