An Important Note on WhatsApp Bets
Please be aware that telephone betting is a more efficient and secure way of placing a bet than WhatsApp. If you choose to send your bets by WhatsApp, Joe Jennings may refuse all or part of a bet at their discretion, and you may not always receive a confirmation before an event starts. A WhatsApp bet is only considered struck once we reply with a “Bet Confirmation” message.
If you have not received a confirmation before an event begins, it is your responsibility to call the office on 08085 521 421 to check whether your bet has been received and accepted. For this reason, we always advise placing bets over the phone when close to the start of an event.
How Your Account Works

All accounts default to Top Up Manual accounts, which means there’s no need to leave a deposit. If you have no balance when you place a bet, payment is taken from your card at the time the bet is accepted. Any winnings are credited to your balance so you can place further bets with them, and you can request a withdrawal of some or all of your balance at any time by contacting one of our traders. Your account stays open whether or not you hold a balance.
Please note that a minimum stake of £10 (or currency equivalent) applies per telephone call.
Safer Gambling & New Customers
As part of our ongoing commitment to Safer Gambling, you are asked to consider setting a financial limit that is appropriate for you. You can choose either a Deposit Limit or a NET Deposit Limit, over a daily, weekly or monthly period. You can also choose a combination of all three. Whilst a Deposit Limit would NOT consider any withdrawals that you may make. A NET Deposit Limit would take any withdrawals into account.
If the Deposit Limit or NET Deposit Limit you request is higher than the maximum limit that we would permit for a new customer, a temporary Deposit Limit will automatically be applied. This will remain in place while your requested limit is considered or until further checks have been completed.
